We want you to love everything you buy from Georgie’s Grove. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

These may include:

  • Personalised / custom items

  • Bespoke orders

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours with photos

  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you

4. Returns Process

To arrange a return:

  1. Email support@georgiesgrove.co.uk

  2. Include order number and reason for return

  3. Follow the return instructions we send

Return postage may be your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
